Associate researcher Bai Junwen participated in the "Fifth International Conference on Food Drying"

Associate researcher Bai Junwen gave an academic report entitled "The Application of Artificial Neural Networks in Agricultural Products Drying" at the "Fifth International Conference on Food Drying". At the report meeting, associate researcher Bai Junwen first gave an overall introduction to the application of artificial neural networks in the field of drying. Subsequently, the related research results published recently were displayed, and a number of examples were used to illustrate the advantages of artificial neural networks in predicting the moisture and quality of materials under nonlinear and complex drying processes. Finally, the future development direction of artificial neural network in the drying field is prospected.
