Research Direction
Because aging,glucose and fat disorder are key factors for many chronic diseases, such as cardiovascular disease, neurodegenerative disease, diabetes and obesity. My research is focusing on the bioacitve compounds, such as chicoric acid and vitexin, determining the effect of them on aging, glucose homeostasis, and lipid metabolism, by using multiple animal models.
