On May 8, the "International Forum on Deep Processing of Agricultural Products and Development of Functional Food Resources" academic conference was held in Yinchuan International Exchange Center. The conference mainly focused on major theoretical research and technological development in "intensive processing of agricultural products and development of functional food resources". More than 180 experts from home and abroad gave wonderful academic reports.

Professor Shi Jiyong from the Research Institute of Agricultural Products Processing Engineering gave an academic report entitled "Non-destructive testing and the improvement of traditional characteristic food processing information."
