On May 8, the "International Forum on Deep Processing of Agricultural Products and Development of Functional Food Resources" academic conference was held in Yinchuan International Exchange Center. The conference mainly focused on major theoretical research and technological development in "intensive processing of agricultural products and development of functional food resources".
