In order to implement the "Rules for the Health Care of Faculty and Staff of Jiangsu

University", it is decided to conduct a health examination for the in-service personnel

with high professional titles. The specific arrangements and precautions are hereby

notified as follows:

1. Subjects of physical examination: incumbents with high professional titles

2. Physical examination items: blood pressure, full chest radiograph, electrocardiogram,

B-ultrasound (liver, gallbladder, spleen, pancreas, kidneys, thyroid, carotid artery),

blood tests (alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase, triglyceride, blood

sugar, total Cholesterol, high-density lipoprotein, low-density lipoprotein, creatinine,

uric acid, carcinoembryonic antigen, alpha-fetoprotein, CA211, CA199, PSA male, CA125 female).

3. Date of physical examination (except weekends and holidays): December 9, 2020-December

22, 2020

Four, matters needing attention:

1. In order to ensure the smooth and orderly conduct of the physical examination, this

physical examination requires an appointment to register, print the physical examination

appointment form, and perform the physical examination on the appointment date.

2. Appointment registration, physical examination appointment form printing, and physical

examination result inquiries are all completed through the faculty and staff physical

examination management system (please complete the page settings as required before

printin g the physical examination form), or follow "Jiangsu University" on WeChat to

check  the physical examination results.

3. The appointment registration date is from December 4th to December 18th, 2020. The

overdue appointment system will be automatically closed. Those who do not make an

appointment will be deemed to have given up the medical examination voluntarily and no

re-examination will be arranged.

4. Impersonation is strictly prohibited. Violators will be disqualified for medical

examination.
